The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the blend are roasted separately with different degrees of cooking to best enhance the characteristics of the individual varieties.
Strong and full-bodied blend inspired by the Neapolitan tradition. It is advisable to brew Ristretto in a small cup to appreciate its roundness, strength and light woody aftertaste accompanied by light notes of chocolate.
